Krystel Salandanan, Psy.D.
Founder, Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Neuropsychologist

Dr. Krystel Salandanan began her career in behavioral health psychology, working with individuals facing medical traumas and chronic health conditions before moving into subacute rehabilitation during her predoctoral internship year. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in cognitive rehabilitation with the geriatric community, which led to subsequent roles in neuropsychological testing clinics as a postdoctoral fellow, staff neuropsychologist, and eventually Director of Neuropsychology across multiple clinical placements.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Salandanan has trained and worked in level 1 trauma centers, psychiatric and medical hospitals, and ambulatory services across the lifespan.

Dr. Salandanan holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington and earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute. Licensed in Washington, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Connecticut, and Oregon, she brings a breadth of experience and perspective to her work.

Her approach to neuropsychology aims to deliver concise, data-driven diagnoses while considering the cultural and environmental contexts that shape each individual’s experience. Dr. Salandanan is committed to putting the human aspect back into the numbers, providing evaluations that foster clarity, compassion, and meaningful paths forward.

Carlos brings a unique blend of legal and educational expertise to his practice. With a background in supporting at-risk youth and a master’s in education from the University of Buffalo, he specializes in advocating for students’ rights and access to
appropriate services.

Keyera Gaulden, M.S.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Keyera is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a background in psychological science and ongoing doctoral training in clinical psychology. She brings experience across community mental health, recovery services, and forensic evaluation, with a focus on culturally responsive, evidence-based care.
