At Mindroot we honor every mind. Embracing neurodiversity and clinical insight.

Who We Serve
We specialize in serving neurodivergent individuals—those whose cognitive functioning may differ from the so-called “norm”, including those with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, learning differences, and complex developmental or neurological presentations.
Our focus spans the full lifespan, but we offer particularly tailored support for clients ages 5 through 25, a crucial period for identity formation, academic development, and transition into independence.
What Sets Us Apart
Personalized evaluations. Faster answers. Rooted in strengths.
At MindRoot Institute, we offer more than just testing. We offer clarity, compassion, and action. What distinguishes us from other practices?
Neurodiversity expertise: We affirm and embrace difference. Our evaluations highlight the unique strengths of ADHD, autism, and other cognitive profiles, while identifying specific supports to help individuals thrive in their environments.
Focused specialization: We have deep expertise in executive functioning, attention, and learning profiles, especially within the 5–25 age range.

Our Expertise
MindRoot Institute is led by a licensed clinical testing psychologist with more than ten years of clinical experience across inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, partial hospitalization programs, rehabilitation centers, and academic teaching settings. This range of experience gives us a holistic understanding of the brain in both health and illness, and how thinking, learning, and functioning show up in the real world and not just in test results.
"MindRoot gave us more than answers—they gave us a path forward. For years, we struggled to understand why our son was bright but constantly frustrated at school. The evaluation process was compassionate, thorough, and surprisingly fast. Instead of just handing us a report, they explained his unique strengths and gave us practical strategies we could use right away.
